- Ellen and Jo hunting together? SO. BAD-ASS. But of course. I always wondered why Ellen wasn't a hunter herself, since she always seemed more than capable of it herself. I like to think it's a nice mirror to the family team that is Sam and Dean.

- "My daughter's an idiot but she's not stupid." made me laugh.

- Love love love that Jo is holding her own in this one. The fact that Rufus is readily willing to team up with her speaks tons, because we all know that Rufus can be...uh.....unpredictable.

- You know what? I was kind of glad that the whole thing between Jo and Dean wasn't explicitly discussed. It would've ruined the momentum of the story. BUT I don't think it means the ship is dead and buried (I mean, if you're a Dean/Jo shipper like me, I like to see it that way). I love the awkwardness between them. There's something unresolved going on, but like true professionals, they let it slide for a while. I really hope this isn't the end of it.

- I love that Jo is so kicking ass in this one. Pipe bombs, shot guns, hand-to-hand combat, the works! I just wish she ended up tussling it with Dean, though! :))

It was an okay episode, could have been better; tighter.

Ellen & Jo were amazing! I can't believe how long we waited to see them again, but it was worth it!

Jo & Rufus teamed up kicked ass. There should have been some references to possessed!Sam's last encounter with Jo. There was a lot of wasted potential with this one.

I know, right? All they had to do was have Jo say something like "Looks like the tables are turned." when Sam was tied up. Perhaps their too scared to alienate new viewers by mentioning something that happened three seasons ago.

Perhaps the fan fiction writers can rectify the show's mistake. ;)
